Olecranon is the proximal tip of the ulna that forms the elbow joint. Olecranon fracture is counted among the common fractures that occur in the upper limb. In the young, the fracture occurs because of high-energy trauma whereas, in the elderly, the same can be experienced because of low-impact injuries.
